Sipsmith Distillery launches Sipper Club dining experience


Step inside the Sipsmith Distillery in Chiswick West London for an experience that

celebrates craft, creativity and a touch of theatrical flair.


Sipper Club is an ever-evolving dining experience, where for a limited three-month residency we invite a celebrated chef to design a bespoke three-course menu inspired by gin in all its expressive forms. This season, we’re delighted to welcome Giuseppe Trezza, recently seen on MasterChef, bringing his signature flair and creativity to the table. Each dish is thoughtfully paired with a perfectly matched Sipsmith cocktail, created to complement and elevate every flavour on the plate.



Your evening begins with a warm welcome at the distillery, where you’ll be greeted with a bespoke cocktail served from our iconic gin bus. As you sip and settle in, enjoy conversation before being introduced to your host for the evening, a member of the Sipsmith team, here to guide you through the experience with stories, wit and a generous measure of charm.


From there, you’ll be invited into the heart of the distillery for a rather special reveal: an elegantly set table nestled amongst our copper stills. Here, your host will introduce Chef Giuseppe, who will bring each course to life, sharing the inspiration behind the menu as it unfolds. Alongside, each cocktail is presented with its own story, offering a deeper look into the craft behind every sip.



Expect an evening that balances refined dining with playful moments including a hands-on flourish that captures the spirit (quite literally) of classic cocktail making, should you feel inclined to join in.

To round things off, guests depart with a thoughtfully curated gift bag a final nod to an evening of exceptional food, outstanding gin, and unforgettable company.
