Known for theatrical, "molecular mixology" cocktails featuring smoking, bubbling, and colour-changing drinks – The Alchemist has venues in Victoria, St Martin’s Lane Covent Garden, Monument, Canary Wharf and Bevis Marks.


The iconic Chicken in a Basket just got an upgrade, joined by two brand-new flavour twists, Salt and Pepper and Nashville; turning a cult classic into a full-blown flavour experience. From Loaded Breakfast Cruffins to a Pork Belly Noodle Broth, it's all going on.
