On Tuesday 5th September, LONDON FOR GROUPS LIVE returned to The Actors Church on Covent Garden Piazza for the day, inviting group bookers from across the country to meet with London venues keen to host their groups.
Guests met with over 70 attractions, restaurants, hotels, museums, galleries, tours and West End theatre shows – as well as sampling foods and wines – and a nice cold beer (on such a hot day!) from Camden Town Brewery’s pop-up bar!
As well as the exhibition, guests were able to take part in the ‘London Experience’ – with the opportunity to visit Frameless, cruise the Thames with Uber Boats, tour the abandoned Aldwych Tube Station with Hidden London and play crazy golf & axe throwing at Boom Battle Bar.
In the evening, guests were able to attend a West End theatre production – their choice of Mrs. Doubtfire, Wicked, Matilda, The Phantom of the Opera, Les Misérables, The Lion King and TINA: The Tina Turner Musical.
In addition, restaurants Smith & Wollensky, 28°-50° Oxford Circus, Gaucho Covent Garden, Chotto Matte and Sophie’s Soho all provided free bubbles or cocktails to any guests who dined with them.
