Disney’s Frozen musical to open at Theatre Royal Drury Lane in April 2021

The West End production of Frozen will now have it’s first performance at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane in London’s West End on 2nd April 2021, pushed back from original opening date of October 2020.

Get ready to experience the wonder of Disney’s FROZEN as it comes alive at London’s Theatre Royal Drury Lane. This new West End musical celebrates the extraordinary story that melted hearts across the world.

Full of heart, humour and powerful storytelling, FROZEN will sweep you away to the magical world of Arendelle. Groundbreaking sets and special effects, exquisite costumes and innovative stagecraft combine to stunning effect in this unforgettable experience that will delight people of all ages.

FROZEN is brought to the stage by an award-winning creative team, with direction by Tony® and Olivier Award winner Michael Grandage and a book by Academy® and BAFTA Award winner Jennifer Lee. The show features the cherished songs from the original film alongside new songs by Grammy® and Academy Award-winning writers Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, creators of the global phenomenon Let It Go.

Joining the previously announced Samantha Barks (Elsa) and Stephanie McKeon (Anna) are Obioma Ugoala (Kristoff), Craig Gallivan (Olaf), Oliver Ormson (Hans), Richard Frame (Weselton), and alternating the role of Sven, Mikayla Jade and Ashley Birchall.
