LONDON EXPERIENCE - HIDDEN LONDON

Guests will meet the Hidden London team at 4.00pm at The Actors Church and directed to a secure location to store any belongings – no bags or items being carried will be permitted on the tour. They will then walk to Aldwych Station together and the tour will begin at 4.30pm and will be approximately 75 minutes long.

Terms of Access. Important - please read:

There is no step-free access to the tour, and there is no lift on site. 160 stairs connect the entrance at street-level to the station below. It is advisable therefore that guests should have an adequate level of fitness to undertake this tour. Guests may be refused entry if you appear to not meet this requirement.

Due to the nature of the tours, we are unable to accommodate visitors with wheelchairs.

The tour includes access to confined areas which may not be suitable for people with claustrophobia. There will be areas which have low lighting and may be dusty.

No open toed shoes or heels allowed on the tour.

Please note there are no toilet facilities once on the tour route.

You may be refused entry to the tour if you appear to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances.

No food or drink is permitted on the tour. Bottled water is ok.

Smoking is prohibited whilst in the station and on the tour.

Photography is encouraged throughout the tour, but for personal and non-commercial use only.

Admission to the tour is at guests’ own risk. London Transport Museum shall have no liability for any loss, damage or injury to person or property.
